Sama Dubai's signature projects will be spotlighted at Cityscape Dubai 2006, the region's premier property investment and development event being held at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre from 4-6 December.
The international real estate investment and development arm of Dubai Holding, Sama Dubai will have two premier stands at Cityscape Dubai, the largest B2B real estate platform in the world. Hall 1-F30 will showcase a portfolio of Sama Dubai's ground breaking projects, including the US $550 million Dubai Towers - Doha, US $2 billion Amwaj, Morocco and the US$ 1.09 billion Salam Resort & Spa - Yiti.
The US$ 17.7 billion 'The Lagoons' is expected to attract visitor attention in Hall 3-H20. The 'city within the city' aspects of this eco-friendly landmark development will be unveiled for the first time at Cityscape Dubai, with the recently launched 'Dubai Towers - Dubai', the spectacular model will be taking pride of place within 'The Lagoons' stand.
Visitors to Cityscape Dubai will have the opportunity to book the first release of apartments from Sama Dubai's unique creek side development, 'The Lagoons'. Three distinctive buildings are on offer, all located in the southern section of 'The Lagoons' providing the ultimate in shopping destinations and stunning views of Dubai, all in a natural habitat setting. The individually created apartment homes feature impressive facilities and design-led interiors surrounded by tranquil waters and peaceful open spaces, all in the heart of Dubai.

Centrepiece of 'The Lagoons' Central Business District, the four state-of-the-art towers; Dubai Towers - Dubai, designed for residential, commercial, retail and hospitality purposes will be showcased at Cityscape for the first time. Ranging between 57-94 floors, the estimated date of completion of the project is mid 2010.
Cityscape Dubai is an annual networking exhibition and conference focusing on all aspects of the property development cycle. The exhibition will bring together over 35,000 visitors from more than 85 countries, representing regional and international investors, property developers, government authorities and senior executives from both public and private sectors.
