Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF), an internationally acclaimed shopping event in the UAE, has come up with the theme of the, World of Festival, for the 45-day long DSF 2006-2007. The 11th and 12th editions of the annual festival combined together is set to be the biggest and the best DSF so far.
